Winterfest Street Closures & Traffic NoticeSaturday, February 14

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable Winterfest for everyone, several downtown streets will be temporarily closed on Saturday, February 14. Please plan ahead and allow extra time for travel in the area.

• Liberty Street — from 2nd Street to the B&O Train Station
• 2nd Street — from Liberty/Green Street to the railroad
• Alder Street — from 2nd Street to 3rd Street

Traffic control cones will be placed to alert motorists to increased pedestrian crossings.

Cones will be located on:

• Oak Street
• 2nd Street (between the railroad and Oak)
• 3rd Street

Pedestrian crossings will be active at:

• Alder & 3rd Street
• 2nd & Oak Street

Winterfest brings families, visitors, and increased foot traffic downtown. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we prioritize pedestrian safety during the event.
